i would say blake griffin & james harden..but they’re in the west and there are thousands of forwards & guards ahead of them…forwards -duncan, amare, carmelo, nowitzski, boozer, artest, and 2 blossoming forwards in durant & rudy gay…..guards – kobe, chris paul, deron williams, brandon roy,nash,billups,t-mac,kidd and a blossoming o.j. mayo

None of them will make the allstar team but Evans has the best chance.

I dont think any rookie has a chance but if I were to pick one id say Brandon Jennings he will be starting by mid season over Luke.

None, but there is no question that Blake Griffin has the best chance because he is the best rookie period.

Steph Curry has the best chance because a backcourt with him and Ellis will give teams fits. Curry has the most nba ready game (if he was 6’5″ he could have been the number one pick, he’s that good offensively) and I see him as leading all Rooks in scoring with 17 a game.

I love Steph Curry, but i’m going to have to disagree… The original post is asking which rookie will make the all star team (and i’m assuming they are not referring to the all star rookie team). Steph curry will probably be listed as a PG on the voting ballot and there’s no way he’s getting voted in by the fans with Deron Williams, Chris Paul, Tony Parker, Billups, Nash, etc. And no way coaches will pick him with the aforementioned PG’s and Kidd, Bdiddy still out there. Hell, he won’t beat out Monta and Monta has a slim chance of making it at either PG or SG especially with Roy, Kobe, Gordon, Jason Richardson to name a few.

Furthermore, Curry averaging 17 ppg is a tough sell considering Monta, Jackson (assuming he stays), Maggette all averaging at least 18 ppg already, and Buike, Randolph, Morrow et al will need the rock as well. If the injury bug strikes the warrior top 3 scorers then yes Curry has a chance. He’ll definitely get real good at the end of the season (assuming Nellie gives him PT) and he’ll put a strong campaign for ROY but rookie stars like Griffin, Evans, Flynn will likely get more PT and draw more attention in their respective teams.

With that said, no rookie will make the all star team. Griffin, Evans, Flynn have the best chances but there is too much NBA talent standing in their way.

U ARE RIGHT..I MEANT WHO WOULD MAKE THE ALLSTAR TEAM..NOT PLAY IN THE ROOKIE GAME..ROOKIES GET NO RESPECT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING VOTES FROM THE LEAGUE COACHES…REMEMBER COACHES VOTED FOR MICHEAL REDD IN THE EAST OVER LEBRON AND KIRILENKO WAS VOTED IN OVER CARMELO IN THE WEST..TODAY DO U THINK CLEVELAND WOULD TRADE LEBRON FOR REDD..OR DENVER TRADING CARMELO FOR AK47? HELL 2 DA NAW!!!! .BUT…I THINK IF BLAKE HAS THE CLIPPERS IN 1st PLACE AND HE’S AVERAGING 25 POINITS.. 11 or 12 rebounds a game..coaches might vote him in…

I dont think none of them will when was the last time a rookie made the allstar team anyway even lebron didnt make it his rookie year and he was averaging 20pts 5rebs and 5 asts david stern likes his rookies in the rookie challenge.

Jennings has the best chance hes in the east not 2 many point guards out there that are just amazing(except Rose,Rondo, n Harris) plus Jennings is going to get all the burn he wants he playing for the Bucks who just lost there startin pg Sessions.Tyreke also because the offense revolves around him and Martin they will get 20 a piece lol. Would say Blake or Harden but they are on teams with offensive players who will touch the ball first.

Flynn lost most of his pt at point guard at least so him even seeing close to all star numbers went out the window once they signed Sessions.
