FormerBallCoachParticipantPeople are debating how successful miami will be, but I just had a thought We’ve seen a trio as strong as them before… There names were Swoops, Cooper And Thompson. Agree or not but their game compare in ways and they were MEGA successful

boxn1Participantas a former wnba fan i watched those 3,yea they were dominate, but……unlike the nba now,the best teams have big men,and players with enough atheletic ability to make them work. Whatever they do this season or the future, they will earn.

JoeWolf1Before the WNBA was a little cool?! are you kidding me, in the innagural season i saw a player jump up and slap the backboard in between an opposing team’s players free throw attempts. I’m pro women’s basketball by the way, that was just one of the funniest moments of professional basketball that i’ve ever seen.

FormerBallCoachParticipantSome people just don’t get it look past the surface the commit I made I think made good sense. It wasnt A diss its a comparison, Wade and Bron if u no basketball compare to Swoops and Cooper neither are knockdown shooters jus bigg time scorers and Bosh and Thompson are posts but not a 5 can score off the dribble and can step out… the comets did a great job bringing in shooters to complement them and ha a very unselfish point to get them shoots… Now can the Heat add those type players to comp the trio? Who knows… but I know when u diiss without having a clue it makes u look stupid.

NarcParticipantAhhh when the WNBA was fun to watch.
Houston didn’t do any behind the scenes dealing to get the three of them. They had the 1st pick in the inaugural WNBA draft and picked Tina Thompson and picked Cooper and Swoopes (who were passed up by two other teams) in the elite draft.
So unlike the Miami trio…these women probably didn’t plan behind a door to come together.
