“Charlie Villanueva faces a charge of domestic assault stemming from an incident that took place in in Burlington, Ontario on May 19th.

Villanueva has a court date on July 9th.

His lawyer, Owen Wigderson, told the Toronto Star that Villanueva, “denies all allegations of wrongdoing and I’m very confident that he’ll be exonerated.”

im always hesitant to jump to conclusions on domestic assualt accusations. No man should ever lay a hand on a women or whatever, but lots of times they get back together in a week and the girl retracts her whole story and it turns out to be he grabbed her on the arm or something.
