Who do yall think are the top 5 up and coming pf’s of the NBA?

    1) Blake Griffin- This guy is so fun to watch and once he learns how to play in the post betta he will be very tough to stop.  This guy could turn out to be what amare stoudamire should have been…granted Amare is a good player in his own right

    2) Kevin Love- Double-Double machine.  Looks like he has lost weight over the summer.  It will be interesting to see how that affects his game.

    3) Andray Blatche- A lot of people knock on this guy’s work ethic and his maturity, but i beleive this guy has improved a little bit every yr.  He had solid #’s last year, 17ppg 8rpg 2.3apg 1.5spg 1bpg.  Those are some pretty good stats for a guy who hasn’t even touched his potential yet.  I think he will excell with a new and improved john wall next year

    4) Serge Ibaka- A blocking machine.  Has the potential to be a PF version of Dikembe Mutombo with a betta offensive game.  I want to see him learn some post moves next year while keeping up his intensity with blocked shots in the 3bpg range

    5) Thaddeus Young-  POTENTIAL, hasn’t been able to show it bc Coach Colins didn’t give him much time.  i wouldn’t be surprised if this guy has a break out year

JUST MISSED THE CUT: Ryan Anderson, Ed Davis, Pattrick Patterson

Lamarcus is a 5-year pro, so I don’t know if he fits in the "up and coming" category.

    1.  Blake (duh)

    2.  Kevin Love

    3.  Greg Monroe (might count as a center though)

    4.  Serge Ibaka

    5.  Taj Gibson

I know he hasn’t exactly done much yet but I think that Derrick Favors will be one of the best young power forwards in the league within 3 years.

Blatche missed his chance in my book, and Thaddeus is more of a tweener forward.

blatche put some stats but he won’t help winning games… I’d rather take psycho T,

Ibaka is so much valuable for his team or for spain.

THANK YOU for putting Blatche on ths list! He’s going to show everyone how much skills he got after this offseason (if there is a season).

Everyone knows I’m not high on Love, so he’s not on my list. Here’s my top 5 (I’m sure I’ll get a lot negatives for it, but I don’t care!).

    1. Blake Griffin

    2. Andray Blatche

    3. Serge Ibaka

    4. Derrick Favors

    5. Taj Gibson

    1.Blake Griffin-enough said

2.Derrick Favors- love his game since HS and i see a lot of improvements also he might already be around 6’11 250plus, he starts to find his post moves and even a little jump shot already, when you realize he is as young as Rakeem Christmas, Perry Jones you understand how much better he could get

3.Kevin Love-he is rebounding machine and future allstar but i don’t think he will ever avg that much points on a playoff team and won’t be #1 option..not a good defender too.

4.Anthony Davis- could be #2 after a few months pretty easily but he is still so unproven..however a believe he a least will be a matchup problem offensively and a double double guy with great defense..still not guaranteed about franchise player but an allstar for sure in my eyes..

5.Jared Sullinger-like Davis over Favors same right there i really see Sully over Love but there is still so much questions..if he is really 6’10?if he keeps losing weight?if he improves his defense? but overall i see 20/10 guy in him, he is really good and works very hard
