anthony_DavIS23ParticipantAaron Gordon isn’t even the best player on his team let alone the entire PAC 12.

nbabiggestfanParticipantIM GOING TO AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS MATTER OF AARON GORDON, THIS WAS A VOTE OF 120 SPORTS BROKERS AND IT CAME DOWN TO GORDON, I PERSOANLY LIKE AND THINK NICK JOHNSON SHOULD BE ON THIS LIST. THERES A FEW GUYS ON THIS LIST I THINK WILL FALL OFF BY FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY.

ProudGrandpaParticipantWell, I’m gonna critique your AAC list here:
1) LJ Rose should not be anywhere near this list. He’s shooting poorly, he’s not a great scorer by any means, he’s not a great distributor, and his defense isn’t elite or anything like that. He’s the #3 or 4 guy on an average team and there’s not anything special that makes him worthy of this list.
2) WHERE THE HECK IS RUSS SMITH? I know he’s not the most efficient player, but he’s the best player on maybe the best team in the nation, or at least the conference. He should be top 3 on this list.
3) Keith Frazier was a great high school player and has a lot of potential to be all-conference someday, but he hasn’t shown much so far. He’s averaging 6 points per game and hasn’t been a huge contributor for the Mustangs this year.
4) Kadeem Jack is the only Rutgers player deserving of this list.
Here’s my list:
1) Shabazz Napier-UConn
2) Russ Smith-UL
3) Sean Kilpatrick-Cincy
4) TaShawn Thomas-Houston
5) Montrezl Harrell-UL
6) Joe Jackson-Memphis
7) Isaiah Sykes-UCF
8) Ryan Boatright-UConn
9) Danuel House-Houston
10) Calvin Newell-UCF

Moon RiverParticipantThey need to re-name the Big East. It is just not the same and will never be what it was.
I know I love this guy more than most, but Sam Dekker needs to be in your top 10 for the Big Ten KGrandpa.

ChewyParticipantHave to agree, based on production so far, I’m taking Dekker and Marble over McGary, GRIII and even Ross.

JoeWolf1Isaiah Austin is certainly not the 4th best player in the Big 12 this season. Sure he’s long and a familiar name, but his shoulder injury prevented him from adding any weight in the off season and he’s put together a few good games, but a 7’1” college player only grabbing 5 rebounds per game isn’t enough to rank him that high on the list of the conference’s best players. He’s Baylor’s 3rd option offensively, and I don’t think he cracks the top 10 best conference players.
His teammate Cory Jefferson should crack that list though. 13.4 ppg 8.7 rpg and a very steady performer.

JNixonParticipantI like Cory Jefferson more than Austin too right now. He’s a more skilled player than people realize, and he’s athletic and has a strong body. Also a more competitive player than Austin and it shows when looking at their rebounds.
