I agree, I think that has helped Thomas being around and playing against the likes of

    Nate Robinson

    Jamal Crawford

    Brandon Roy

    Tony Wroten

    Terrence Williams

All the time, you can’t do anything but get better.

A D-League player anyone could sign as a free agent, and a 28 year old playing in Quatar were chosen before Isaiah.

    Well done, sir.

Folks who don’t watch him every game might not understand a couple of things about him that also aren’t expected of a 5’9" rookie selected 60th. 1) He is a natural leader. His energy is consistent. He is vocal. He is well-respected among teammates. And 2) he is somehow not even a defensive liability against taller guards. His strength, determination, quickness and smarts don’t allow post-up exploitation. Though the Kings eventually need at least one more quality pure PG on the roster, Thomas has been so surprisingly successful and well-rounded that he might in fact be the long term starter, for many years.

Well deserved he took that last pick to heart and it fueled him to play a lot better. I don’t think he will be the answer for PG long term but for now, he fits in perfectly

Congrats to him, he deserves it, he had to work just to get on the roster, and now he’s emerging as a high quality Point Guard I hope he keeps it up.

And plus, he netted me Russell Westbrook in my fantasy league. Thomas and Nene for Westbrook.

The reason I think he like Lin will continue his success is because they have a knack for getting to their spots. It’s not neccesarily just about getting hot, but they both got their chances, and are now capitilizing on it. A bunch of young guys have really stepped up this season, whihc is great for the game, there is more young talent in the league than there has been in years.

He is probably the biggest natural leader on the Kings.  Don’t know if that says more about Thomas or the Kings though.  They definately need more players like him.

If he was 6’3, he would have been a first round pick.
