Ok here is what I got to say.. John Wall is WAY TOO LOW at #31.

Kawhi Leonard is a bit too high at 28.. Yes he had garnered a ton of fans after that finals performance and yes he has the talent, but as of right now and the numbers he has produced RIGHT NOW, too high. (Higher than guys like Batum, Milsap, Wall, Dragic) Kawhi is getting a bit too overrated now honestly especially for casual fans.

And worst of all Derozan at 61 is crazy. Lower than David West, Roy Hibbert, Ryan Anderson……??? Their list is a joke but at least they put the effort of writing up pieces for all 100 players.

So judging by the rankings they’ve already done, their top 10 (in no particular order) is:

    LeBron

    KD

    Dwight

    CP3

    Westbrook

    Love

    Curry

    PG

    Blake

    & Duncan

    Any arguments with that list?

For all his shortcomings, there’s no way that I can say there are 10 other players in this league I’d rather have on my roster than Melo.

List has some mistakes. No Brow? No Harden? Both should be in the top ten. You can claim Harden’s defense is such a big problem that it takes him out. I won’t argue with that. But I’d rather start a team with Harden then Blake Griffin. If I have Harden, I have a good NBA offense, regardless of whom else I put on the team.

The Brow is elite at Defense and very good at Offense. So I’d take him over a team with Westbrook AND Blake.

Anthony Davis will be in SI’s top ten. There are 11 players left, but only 10 spots. Curry, Davis, Duncan, Durant, George, Griffin, Howard, James, Love, Paul and Westbrook.

I think they might put George in some kind of honorable mention or something due to his injury.

    – Jeff Teague is too low at #92, especially since this list is about projecting 2014-2015. He’s ranked below Isaiah Thomas, Jose Calderon and Ricky Rubio. Jrue Holiday is ranked #50 and Deron Williams #45. Those two players aren’t 42 and 47 spots better than Teague.

    – Andrei Kirilenko in the top 100 lol? So SI is projecting him to be better than Markieff Morris? Or even Jabari Parker, Andrew Wiggins, Michael Carter-Williams and Victor Oladipo…

    – Robin Lopez is way too low at #85. Larry Sanders is #78, which is too high for him considering his issues on and off of the court. Andrew Bogut and Omer Asik are #64 and #65. Nene Hilario #63. Roy Hibbert #52.

    – Amir Johnson and Thaddeus Young better than Taj Gibson???

    – Lance Stephenson at #73 is 10-15 spots too low projecting into 2014-2015.

    – Kyle Lowry #30, but DeMar DeRozan #61??? Who does this sound right to? DeRozan is too low. Joe Johnson is ranked #51… Paul Pierce #46 (too high). Neither of those guys project to be better than DeRozan this season.

    – Danillo Gallinari at #62 going into 2014-2015? Coming back in year one after his ACL surgery? Everybody knows this surgery takes two years. He will have an up and down 2014-2015.

    – Rajon Rondo #40. That’s just too low, especially considering he’s going into year two of his ACL recovery. Regardless of where he plays, he projects to have a great 204-2015 season. He has holes in his game, but people have forgotten how good he is.

    – Brook Lopez has bad feet and can’t rebound. His offensive talent is obvious and I thought he was Brooklyn’s best player when healthy, but it’s questionable ranking him #36.

    – Andre Iguodala is valuable, but I just think #29 is too high for him. Nicolas Batum is #43. That gap shouldn’t be that wide in my opinion.

    – Kawhi Leonard is a little high at #28, BUT… I don’t mind this projecting into 2014-2015. He’s come out of his shell and no longer feels he has to take a backseat to Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli. More plays will be called for him.

    – I respect Kobe Bryant and Derrick Rose, but this is just too high for the both of them for obvious reasons. I’d say 10-15 spots too high.

    – It’s not a big deal really since they’re all ranked next together, but I wouldn’t put Al Horford in front of Al Jefferson or DeMarcus Cousins.
