ProudGrandpaParticipantHere’s the John Wooden Award All-American team:
Doug McDermott
Jabari Parker
Andrew Wiggins
Nick Johnson
Russ Smith
Cleanthony Early
Nik Stauskas
Shabazz Napier
Casey Prather
Sean Kilpatrick
If it wasn’t for their lack of size I would take this team, a group of super-elite college players, over the Sixers, a group of pretty good, older, stronger college players and Thaddeus Young.

fastforward322ParticipantPretty good selections I’ll say except Kilpatrick making the first team, that one was kind of a head scratcher to me.

M-EazyParticipantDid you see Cincy play this year?? He deserved that 1st team spot without a doubt in my eyes.

fastforward322ParticipantOf course and looking at the 2nd team, I guess I would have to say he was actually the best choice for the 1st team. Based on stats alone, definitely but his team underachieved in my opinion.

HaleParticipantThey won the AAC regular season title and were projected to finish 4th before the year. If any team underachieved it was Memphis.

Sewok15ParticipantThad Young could only guard either Wiggins or Parker so whichever he didn’t guard would probably score 30. The lack of interior players would be the deciding factor though because Henry Sims and BJ Mullens would look like Alonzo Mourning and Rony Seikaly against a 6-7 front line.
