My brother worked as a District Manager for a Newspaper was fired from his job after serving the company for 15 years..He was fired the same day Lebron made his decision..He wrote the following Blog….

I know there are alot of people who have worked their butts off at a job, given it their all..
Your job is your lively hood..You’ve been there for 7,8 or maybe 20 years..
You’ve put your kids thru school, bought a house or car off the money from your job.
You Come to work on time
Uses the exact amount of time they’re allowed for a break..Nothing less Nothing more.
You’re always willing to come in on their day off..
Will gladly stay and work overtime when needed
Dependable..Manager or Supervisor never have to tell you what to do..
Team Spirit..Working with others to ensure the job gets done..
Tact, great attitude & good working skills..

Then 1 day you go to work and your name isnt on the schedule for next week or after your shift ends, your boss suddenly tells you they don’t need you anymore…
They do it with no warning..You’re wondering what happen?
    You’ve been a faithful employee.
You wonder why they didnt tell you what was about to happen..
    You’re left Stunned!! Speakless!! Mad!!

Well Lebron did all those people a big favor by sticking it to the MAN..

He left the Cavs with no warning..

Lets say he had resigned with them for another 6 years..And didnt win a championship during that time..

At the age of 31 Cavs management might’ve felt they need to see what they could get for him and send him away in a trade..What would he gotten out of being faithful to the franchise for all those years? He certainly would’ve been hurt being let go ,by his home team..
He would’ve thought about the chances he had to go play in New York,Chicago or with his buddies Wade & Bosh in Miami..They’ve have won 2 rings after they joined the Heat as free agents in 2010 ..But Lebron turned all of that down becuz he wanted to win in Cleveland…

Lebron did the right thing..And stuck it to the MAN before they stuck it to him…

Yeah, great point. He did not have to stay, hence the “free” in free agency … BUTt he did not have to stick it to the fans the way he did.

The way he did it was like the hottest girl at Hooters walking into work, getting her friend to call her manager and tell him she quit, and then walking through the restaurant ant telling each and every one of her previous (high tipping) customers to bugger themselves. Then post the video on youtube.
