ilike.panochasParticipantWho are some of the most versatile players that you guys loved watching (current and/or retired)? And when I say “versatile” Im talking about a player that can literally play 3 even 4 different positions, and not just play them but play them effectively. A player that can be labeled as a “swiss army knife” and do anything and everything on the court.
Obviously Magic Johnson is most on everyone’s list, but to me when I was growing up, I loved watching Scottie Pippen. I like how he was PG for Phil Jackson’s triangle offense and he was also capable of guarding against PGs – PFs.

SteroidParticipantIf LeBron James went down on the block more often, I would say he is the most versatile. Arguably, he probably still is the most versatile because he can do everything exceptionally well..
Not in any particular order:
Lamar Odom
Charles Barkley
Oscar Robertson
Rasheed Wallace
Shawn Marion
Vlade DivacSure there is a lot more.

ilike.panochasParticipantThe guy that mentioned 2004 Andrei Kirilenko is on point. What the hell happened to Kirilenko? I think he almost led the league in both Steals and Blocks in one season.

pattymillsBoris Diaw that one season when he was with Phoenix.

Tyreke JohnsonParticipantGuys are forgetting guys like Pistol Pete and Nate “Tiny” Archibald, Pistol Pete was a walking triple double and highlight real while Nate “Tiny” Archibald led the league in scoring and assists for one season and also averaged a double double in assists and points as well for a lot of his career, he got it done.

GodfatherParticipantKG, for a series in the playoffs when Sam Cassell was b-i-t-c-h-ing about his back, KG played PG

ilike.panochasParticipantKG is definitely the most versatile 7 footer in the NBA history. No one had more skills at his height, I would say Dirk Nowitzki comes close but KG’s post up,inside game and Defense is way better.
