Ghost01ParticipantIm not saying they were undeserving, but the fact that Kurt Thomas, Gibson, and Brewer played crunch time spoke to exactly why this Chicago team wasnt built to win the title. They had no continuity behind Rose and Deng. I know Rose probably wasnt ready to be that guy, but there were way too many double teams and tough spots for him to make it even possible. Deng is probably a good 3rd option, not the best 2nd option. But the fact the rest of there team’s crunch time rotation is basically based on "the hot hand" shows that depth brings great regular season success, but they need more star power to be legit contenders. Good luck next year, and this should be an awesome Finals. PUMPED for game 1.

Toronto16ParticipantWe gotta face the facts, you can’t win titles in the NBA with your best or one of your best players being a shoot first point guard. The team ca’t get into a rhythm and it throws the rest of the guys off their game.

Ghost01ParticipantI disagree completely. This series, who played PG in crunch time for Miami? It wasnt Bibby or Chalmers…those guys might be "The point guards" But Lebron and Wade handle the ball more than anybody. Same thing with Kobe in LA. Alot of "stars" play the 2 or 3 and have knock down shooters at the point allowing them to be the primary scorer AND ballhandler.
