Had to check my eyes at this boxscore.
11-22 from 3 today from a guy not known to be a great 3 point shooter

It’s hilarious that he now holds the record for most 3’s in a game for a Celtics player. That’s the kind of trivia question that throws everybody off.

Smart has decent form and has gotten hot many time his career. He single handily won the Celtics a playoff game against a few years ago when he hit seven 3’s in one game. The issue with Smart is his shot selection can be pretty bad as he will take 3’s too early in the shot clock. Tonight he was on fire though. He’s around 34% to 36% over the last two seasons from three. Kemba and Jaylen were out so that’s the real reason he was able to shoot 21 three pointers tonight.

I’ve seen Smart dash up some pretty flat jumpers or airballs though haha.

From good records to bad records. James harden is now in the record book for this one…

James Harden shot 1-of-17 from three in Monday’s loss to the Thunder, scoring 29 points (9-of-29 FGs, 10-of-13 FTs) with nine rebounds, six assists, one steal and one blocked shot in 39 minutes.

Harden had a rough go of it from beyond the arc, with the 1-of-17 effort being the worst of his career. According to Basketball Reference, that’s the worst single-game three-point percentage for a player who has attempted at least 12 3-pointers.
