Markel Fultz does not belong on an NBA playoff floor and I feel bad for how they are handling him. He played 5 minutes probably the worst basketball of his life 2 air balls and a missed layup for his shots. Philly called Timeout and Ben Simmons was on the bench and just gave Fultz that look like you just let this team back in the game. I was sorta shocked when I noticed if you look back at the game you will see what I’m talking about it was really obvious.

Joel Embiid is complaining openly about not playing. hes even said they won’t clear him for game 3. What Is philly doing? Embiid wants to play they have to play him. Why would you even risk pissing off your star player.

Has brett brown ever coached in the playoffs before or is he the new Thibs. He played 6 guys for 33 minutes or more that’s insane. No way you can play 6 guys this many minutes so early into the playoffs. Miami guard ate philly guards alive last night.

Ben Simmons is legit a beast he looks like a vet Out there and he’s playing solid D. I don’t get to see many philly games and I base a lot of my info on you philly fanatics. I’m really surprised at how bad Brown is at coaching I think they really need to move on.

      Josh Jackson is balling…

Simmons and Jackson in transition wouldve been deadly..

Josh Jackson shouldve went first but I guess the 76ers followed the heard and bought into the Fultz hype..  Some of these NBA GMs are clueless..

His frustration is obvious and understandable but this is a very serious injury and even with a mask on there isn’t really a proper protection. Imagine him falling on his head or receiving an elbow to the head. He might lose his vision if Murphey strikes and I totally understand that the medical staff is hesitant to clear him.

If I‘m not mistaken someone around here with a medical background said this takes 2-3 months to heal and it’s not even 4 weeks since the injury occurred. I wouldn’t clear him at this stage even if Embiid whines or begs going forward or if the 76ers struggle against the Heat who clearly are prepared for this series and you should never count out the experience of Spoelstra who is a great coach and has plenty of playoff experience.

Since when is playing players in the playoffs for more than 33 minutes an out there thing? This isn’t the regular season and isn’t a soul crushing 40 minutes like some players experience in the playoffs… Brett Brown is definitely a solid coach who’s had to slog through the last few years with garbage. A bad coach wouldn’t have made the lineup change at half time to but Ersan at the 5 which absolutely devestated the Heat in game 1 and made Whiteside useless. I hate to be that guy also but he only played 4 players more than 30 minutes plus and stuck with the same lineup that caused Whiteside to only play 15 minutes in this game. If not for DWade going off that most likely wouldve been an easy Sixers win. As for Embiid the guy above me explained that perfectly.

I get the fact that his gameplan is to make Whiteside useless but to be honest Whiteside isnt what wins Miami games. They actually play better when Olynyk gets going. Whiteside is usefull for clogging up the lane, getting rebounds and post defence all of these things dont matter if Philly is playing winning basketball.

If Whiteside is protecting the rim on dribble penetration doesnt matter because Philly plays inside out and loves kicking the ball out to open three point shooters. They want to draw a guy like Whiteside in to help. Whitesides rebounding really shouldnt be a big deal either because both teams should plan to make thier shots. His post defence also is ineffective becuse they have noone scoring in the post while Embiid is injured. Offensively if he is taking 2’s while Philly takes 30-40 threes Miami wont keep up.

In the past Whiteside has never been an issue in the games against Toronto. Let him get his stats because he doesnt make winning plays and offensively he slows them down. What wins Miami games is usually some guy on thier bench gets hot and kills you whether its Olynyk, Ellington, Adebayo or now even Wade. Hes good player and is defenitely a nice piece but he isnt worth the trouble to take out of the game.

JJ, Ersan and Marco are alll great shooters what do great shooters need their legs. They can’t be playing 30 plus minutes in the first round. Playoffs is a totally different ball game then regular season. It takes a physical train on players. They can’t shoot they can’t win. Dragic was killing it before he got a quick 2 the guard play is awful.
