Strengths:

Arcidiacano is a point guard who is ultra skilled and super competitive with an exemplary feel for the game and unwavering confidence. He is an incredible passer who sees absolutely everything and is a master of misdirection. He shoots the three with deep range and can create his own shot off the dribble at anytime with a strong and tight handle, breakaway speed in the open court, and great change of pace in the quarter court. He is super crafty in the paint and an expert at baiting the defender into contact and getting himself to the free-throw line. He can also score in the mid-range area where he needs very little space to pull-up and has a dependable floater. Defensively, Arcidiacano has terrific hands and is able to take almost every ball that is shown to him.

Weaknesses:
Arcidiacano plays the game with an obvious arrogance which manifests itself with his bad body language. He takes plays off when he is so inclined, will trot or walk up the court behind the play, be nonchalant with the ball just to toy with his defender, and takes plays off defensively. Those antics raise questions as to whether or not other guys like to play with him and also lead to questions about how coach-able he will be. Defensively, he reaches way too much when guarding the ball and must make a more diligent effort to slide his feet.

 I have played against Arcidiacano, and as good as he is he is probally the 4 best player in his class from pa highschools. I play in the same league as Amile Jefferson Daneal Ochefu, savon goodman and Rakim Christmas, and he is the worst out of all of them but Ochefu. He is a great player, but he lacks the ability to be great that all those players have. His range is nice, and so is his handle. But he lacks the skills of the rest of them or the Potential of Ochefu

 Where do you think Amile will end up? I like Nova’s shot with him, but his recruitment is very quiet. I talked to him at Nova’s Hoops Mania and the vibes seemed good.

 He will be better than Nardi, Nardi might have the edge in shooting (set shot), but Arch is the better all around offensive player…..but I can see the comparisons…
