220ParticipantThe Portland Trail Blazers and free-agent swingman Dorell Wright have agree to a two-year, $6 million deal, according to multiple reports. The agreement between the Trail Blazers and Wright can’t be made official until the NBA’s moratorium period ends on July 10.
The 6-foot-9 forward was reportedly a priority signing for the Oklahoma City Thunder before the Trail Blazers swooped in and reached an agreement with Wright. Wright spent last season with the Philadelphia 76ers where he averaged 9.2 points on 39.6 percent shooting from the field.
Wright, an eight-year veteran, joins a Blazers team that have traded for Robin Lopez and Thomas Robinson in a busy Trail Blazers offseason. In 2010-11, Wright had his best season in the NBA with the Golden State Warriors while averaging a career-high 16.4 points-per-game.
________________________________________________________________________________Portland has very quietly improved their team in the off season. There number one issue was a lack of depth last year and now they’ve added CJ McCollum, Robin Lopez, Thomas Robinson, and Dorell Wright. They look like a playoff team at this point on paper.

DoubleNickelsDurr55ParticipantDorrell has always been one of those players i really have liked for a long time. After breaking out with golden state i was think here we go but then that was it. Good signing for Portland, provide depth to a team that needs it. Can even start if needed.
