Raps vs Warriors Recap (Play of the year candidate!)

A couple things to take away from this game. The Warriors are for real. They will likely be the best team in basketball for a while. This is not a one year thing for them these guys are a force to be reckoned with and still very young with their core. Definitely my preseason favourites and this is the first time I can confidently assume a team will repeat.
Speights maybe the most underrated player in the league. He is nearly unstoppable offensively.Someone is going to offer him a lot of money soon and GSW will have to decide if they should match or not which I’d say they should.
McAdoo is an NBA player and seems to have a lot of upside.
DeMarre Carroll and Dwayne Casey are a match made in heaven. Ever since Casey has been HC of the Raptors he has been looking for a SF that can play a bit of PF play solid D and hit the three ball. He fits in great with the team.
A lot of people are talking about how good Kyle Lowry’s conditioning was this summer but the whole team seems to be in the best shape of their lives. Jonas Valanciunas is a lot more athletic as well and should have a good season.
Norman Powell continues to look like this years steal of the draft and has huge upside. Very explosive and is always attacking.
The mentality of the whole GSW team led by Draymond Green is something I’ve never really seen.Its definitely championship confidence but not the professional manner like the great Spurs teams or the elitist type manner like the Lakers teams led by Kobe but more of an indifferent swag that is really fun to watch.
Check out the amazing play Curry made on YouTube or sports center if you get a chance to. I’m not gonna spoil it. Just exciting stuff to watch this type of team basketball and its great for the game.

That play was just showing the unselfish play of the GSW.
Curry could’ve taking it coast to coast.
Thompson could’ve jacked up a 3.
Green could’ve tried to dunk it or hit a bank shot.
But they all passed and Curry was WIIIIIIDE open and drains the 3.

I think T-Rex should take some lessons from you…
I know you’re a Raptors fan, but you’re still being reasonable while talking about them. Unlike T Rex’s "Celtics 2016 Champs" campaign.
Overall, great post. I always thought McAdoo was NBA material and he showed it tonight. And that Curry three was just great unselfish basketball. Can’t wait for regular season. Both teams talked about will be good this year!

  Here’s another tip, besides "nobody likes a rat". Don’t use quotation marks unless you’re actually quoting somebody.
  You can get in a lot of trouble for that in the real world, and it’s a rat-weasel thing to do.
