WREG-TV in Memphis is reporting that a body found earlier wednesday morning might be that of missing former NBA star Lorenzo Wright..The body was found in a field behind some apartments…

This news isn’t official but Authorities say his family & friends are at the scene waiting on Official word that the body is indeed that of Wright……Wright was reported missing about a week ago..After not contacting family members or answering his phone…

Former NBA player Lorenzen Wright has reportedly been found dead in a wooded area in Southeast Memphis.

Memphis police are still investigating, but a report on myEyewitnessNews.com indicates that the body found “had been shot and it may be self inflicted.” We haven’t yet seen confirmation from authorities, but it appears that Wright’s disappearance may have ended in the worst way imaginable. The people who end up becoming missing or murdered, it’s always someone close to them(a “friend”), a friend of the family, or someone in their family. You hardly ever hear a person being target for a random act of violence, especially rich people. It’s sad, in general, when stuff like this happens to people.
