Tony Parker has a very high IQ as does Tim Duncan. Billups does as well.

who are dominant like D-Grizzly mentioned are obviously gonna have a very high baskeball IQ. Almost any any pg, even average ones are gonna need to have a high basketball IQ as well.
A couple guys that stand out for me are Shane Battier, Luke Walton, Grant Hill, Kevin Love.

Agreed on the Shane Battier… might not be a smarter player in the game.
Also, Agreed on Chauncey… i LOVED when he threw it off Kobe’s backside off the baseline out-of-bounds

Kobe Bryant has the highest bball IQ to me.
Andrew Bynum, Sammie Dalembert, Josh Smith, and guys like Eddy Curry are guys with low Bball IQ’s.

Tyson Chandler has a low IQ… He just doesn’t know how to make use of what he has…
When he was with the Bulls, he had done nothing but rebound and defend, nothing fancy to post therat on offense…
Tim Duncan is probably the one that has the highest because of all the fundamental tools he have in the game…
