    Two questions:

    1) Holy !%@%$ – did Anyone realize Villanova was THIS good? They were Up 13 pts in the 2nd half – took Oklahoma’s best punch & then ran off 25 points Straight!…..

    2) How does this affect Buddy’s Hield’s Draft Stock – Hield Really struggled against Nova’s tenacious Defense……

    What do you guys think?

If someone could spell Ryan Arcidiacono they might wonder if he could be a late second rounder.  Good percentages, and solid passing ability.

For everyone’s Buddy, one game doesn’t change a lot but for some media people he was a lock for pick 3 and this game shows why he would not be.  Still, he may go at 3, but there are many other options too.

Anyone in the media who has and/or had Buddy Hield as a top 3 lock should not be taken seriously. A possible top 3 pick? I’ll buy that. A definite top 3 pick though? No way.

I don’t care who you play against, if they shoot 72% you’re going to lose. Even if the Sooners had a decent game and shot more around 45% they’d still have no chance of beating a team that hot. 72% is absolutely incredible and rare. Most teams wouldn’t shoot 72% if you left them wide open the whole game.

In fact they Were Up by 51 points w/ about 4 min left…………

You are making it sound like Nova shot the lights out & won by a couple points…… If the Nova coach didn’t pull all his starters w/ about 3 min left Nova might have won by 60 points……

It was one of the worst drubbings I’ve ever seen…….. And it set a record for the worst Final Four beating in History……. That was As bad or Worse than UNLV’s drubbing od Duke by 30 in the 1990 National Championship game…….

Hield stocked dropped.. But he may be ok. Arch is really good. may go late second round. But Nova hit shots and played with toughness.

Hield should be in that 8-12 range which is where I had him before this game. He doesn’t beat guys off the dribble that well he’s more of a Jj redick which is fine.

     Nova’s players are underhyped.

Arcidiacono should be a 2nd rd pick and Ochefu should be considered too. Josh Hart should certainly be a 2nd rd pick next year with an outside shot at 1st rd and Jenkins has an opportunity to put himself in draft consideration as well.

Bridges and Brunson could develop into more likely prospects as well

I just got done watching the post game of the UNC / Cuse game…….. And I don’t want to take Any credit away from UNC – they are an oustanding team….. but Syracuse is a #10 seed for a reason……

       Nova has beaten some really good teams like Kansas & Oklahoma & Miami…… In a Row   ……… That’s a #1, #2 & #3 seeds…… the Highest Seeds UNC has beaten was #5 seed Indiana……. #6 seed Notre Dame….. #9 Providence…… & #10 Syracuse……

Nova’s 2nd Round game against #7 Seed Iowa was as tough as Any opponent UNC has faced in the whole Tourney & they beat Iowa by 30………

But after the game everyone on the panel made it sound like Nova got lucky beating Oklahoma b/c they shot the ball well…….. But UNC’s 70% shooting was simply b/c they are a Great team…….

You can’t make the argument that Nova only "got lucky" beating Oklahoma b/c they shot 70% when they were leading by 50 points w/ 2 min left! ……..

You can make that Argument if Nova shot 70%+ but Only won the game by 3 points…….. It’s a Nonsensical argument……… UNC should be the Favorite but only by a point or two……  the Top 10 teams were All basically a "pick’em" against Any of the others……

I hope 45 WooWoo is a gambler, cos he str8 dominated the Bracket Challenge.

Got UNC and Villanova in the final.

Im not sure he can be beaten even if he loses the championship match.

Better luck next time to the guy in last place who selected Austin Peay to win it all…

Think it is safe to say that UNC and Nova are the two best teams in the country and both present some big matchup problems for the otber.  Two big keys for both teams as they clearly have distinct advantages over the other.  For Nova they are going to have to deny post entry passes and defensive rebounding.  For UNC it will be all about guarding the 3 point line and dribble penetration.
