    With the article, and that is because I believe Melo is overpaid. Then again, ask me if he wins a championship this year, and I’ll say he worked for that pay check. But as of right now, Carmelo Anthony is way overpaid considering he hasn’t really done anything. One thing I will agree with, is that Dirk is not overpaid. He’s got a championship ring to prove it.

      Any consideration of the appropriateness of a player’s salary should also include an analysis of their impact on ticket sales. Carmelo Anthony’s marketability alone makes him worth every penny the Knicks pay him. Why wasn’t Andrew Bynum and Amare Stoudemire on this list? I think the writer is just a hater lol

      yeah, and Dirk Nowitzki is a hall of fame forward who won a championship and is one of the most consistent players of the 2000s. The ONLY reason his numbers are down this year is because he has been hurt.

    Reading the title I thought this was going to be about the Warriors Richard Jefferson over 10 million and Andris Biedrins 9 million. With no amnesty which was already used on Charlie Bell whose contract was only 3 million and would have already expired by now. With both of them likely opting in next year to screw Warriors over in re signing Jarrett Jack and Carl Landry(if he decides to opt out of contract)
