That´s all that I can say about him…

I don´t understand why the best league don´t have at least average coaches…

I have never seem a worse coach according to the use of his players… the bench… the tactical… the knowledge of the game… if he is a good coach everyone who know what is a basket and what is a ball can be an NBA trainer…

i have to disagree with you on this one..i think hes a pretty good coach..sometimes he does use his bench the wrong way but not much..for those who say play bayless and sergio more you have to realize that neither plays better then steve blake when hes out there..will they be better int he future..i say yeah but as of now no…and wih rudy fernandez hes just in the wrong situation..very good player but he plays behind brandon roy..and he cant be a full time point guard and can guard small fowards well enouh to play that position..in the end i think he either has to be happy with being a 6th man or ask for a trade…its no ones fault hes just in a bad situation

He’s in an odd situation though, he’s expected to win, yet he’s expected to develop all that talent he has too. I understand its better to have talent, than no talent at all, but how are all those players supposed to get minutes? Sure Bayless may be great one day, but at the same time, he must win. Coaches in every sport are under the scope and know that, so they have to assemble/use what they have to win first and foremost. If Oden wouldn’t have gotten b*tched slapped around by Yao, they prolly could’ve won that series. Maybe you should blame Oden for being such a B*tch.
