TomShoeParticipantSome of these rankings…
Rondo ahead of Tony Parker? Come on now.
Nicolas Batum in the top 10, ahead of Kawhi Leonard and others?
But this one takes the cake.
KEVIN LOVE is the best PF in the NBA? Keep dreaming. Timmeh.

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantThere is clearly a lot of bias on this particular reply.
When healthy, KLove is definitely in the running for the top-spot and with a better supporting cast, he should show that.
Nicolas Batum is miles ahead of Kawhi Leonard right now. As a matter of fact, Nicolas Batum is what Kawhi Leonard dreams he could be. He’s a legit 15-5-5-1-1 guy with excellent percentages from everywhere. Whereas Leonard is not nearly the ball-handler, shot creator, passer, or shooter than Batum is.0 - Posted on: Tue, 10/29/2013 - 6:16pm #846036

KayjayParticipantI’m not saying he doesn’t belong on that list. But for a guy coming off an injury who won’t play for awhile to be the number one shooting guard at the start of the season? That just doesn’t make any sense to me.

nick5354ParticipantI can;t hep but feel how overratted Curry is. Epsn ranked him 6th best NBA player this year and you are ranking him top. 4 PG. I would put Parker ahead of him and maybe even Irving and rondo. .

Skeating12345ParticipantESPN lost all of its credibility, in terms of ranking NBA players, after they ranked Kobe at 25.

machu46ParticipantNothing too major, but…
Guys that should be higher:
Tony Parker
Eric Gordon (if you aren’t considering injuries, which it doesn’t look like you are considering your ranking for Kobe)
Josh Smith (though I personally consider him a PF)
Anthony Davis
Greg Monroe
Chris Bosh
Pau Gasol (just one spot up)
Larry Sanders (I personally have him ahead of Valanciunas and Drummond for now, but that’s subject to change)Guys that should be lower:
Klay Thompson
JR Smith
Serge Ibaka…super overrated IMO, he wouldn’t be in my top 10 at all
Roy Hibbert (not much lower, but I have Noah and Horford ahead of him personally; he played great tonight though)0 - Posted on: Tue, 10/29/2013 - 4:32pm #846010

machu46ParticipantI knew someone was missing from the PGs, but I couldn’t put my finger on who. I feel like there’s another guy that should be in the next 5 that isn’t instead of Bledsoe.

EverybodyHatesChrisParticipantI think Kemba Walker should be on the next 5 over Bledsoe. Last year he averaged 17.7 ppg and 5.7 apg last year, was 4th in the league in steals and his player efficiency rating was ranked 9th among point guards.

Manages to beast it up all preseason.
Keeps a great attitude.
Team goes 5-2.

phila9012ParticipantYeah, He is incredibly skilled for a center. He looks like he is in better shape this year. if he focuses less on shooting deep 2s and more on getting good shots and making the right pass. He will be a top 5 to 8 center by the end of the year.

TarHeelRavenParticipantTony Parker is not the 7th best PG in the NBA. How many rings and playoffs wins does TP have to CP3? All Parker does is win and Paul has won absolutely nothing in his career. CP# might put up better numbers, but Tony Parker is a fantastic PG who never gets any credit for what he does. Parker is a top 3 PG in my opinion.

Brew Meister SmithParticipantI think Demar Derozan has a good shot of cracking the top ten at shooting guard this season.
Not sure how many people saw him play in pre season, but there is definately something added to his game. For guys who don’t usually watch too many Raptors’ games, you might want to pay attention to see how he does.
Demar played very very well.
