valentinei think the cavs are hiegher on mkg than they are on barnes. kyrie and mkg are homeys…
"One of my best friends in life, period," Kidd-Gilchrist said of Irving, the NBA’s Rookie of the Year this past season. "Just a great guy in life and a leader. He’s a leader on the court. We talk a lot. I would love to play with Kyrie, but if not, oh well. It is what it is."
…
with that said doron lamb will be there at 24 and darius at 34. i would do this in a heart beat if i was CLE

ChewyParticipantMaybe because there have already been articles talking about how high CLE is on Barnes not MKG, but still there’s a real possibility that all of these guys fall to these picks. I could see going w/ a big guy in the 2nd round instead of D Miller.
Irving is their star player, MKG can be a vocal leader who guards the other teams best wing, Doron Lamb can provide the shooting that MKG doesnt, and they still have Varajao who is solid in the post.

JustaFanParticipantNot because of the whole reunion factor but I like this for Cleveland going forward in terms of building a good young team. Sign Crawford to give them another bonafide scorer he can create his own shot besides Kyrie. MKG takes over at the 3 from jump and Miller gives you some depth behind MKG. Lamb plays behind Crawford until he’s ready to take over at that 2 in years to come. I think they’d be pretty decent next year and real good growing going forward. 1.Kyrie 2.Crawford 3.MKG 4.Thompson 5.Varejao Lamb, Miller. But Cleveland could go a number of different ways and be just as fine as the other.
