How does your team look, what do you think they should do?

    Indiana Pacers:
I know they are not the only team in the organisation in a state of flux with personnel, but they have forcefully changed what they are doing trying to do, which is score more.

I think in terms of the back-court they should cut the rotation to Ellis/Young and Hill/GR3 (I like Ellis at PG and Hill at SG). This will allow Young and GR3 to feel comfortable with the playing time and give them time to develop together and I would get them playing some minutes alongside PG13 to see what they can work out. Young reminds me of Mo Williams, so I think he could start one day, but will need a big SG who can shoot and play D next to him, that could be GR3 or someone through the draft or free agency.

The front-court should be Mahinmi/Turner and Hill/Allen, every minute that Mahinmi sits I think Turner needs to be on the court and if he plays well leave him out there. Hill/Allen are both stop-gaps and I think Indiana has great talent at every spot, but PF.

Ultimately I want Indiana to find a starting PF that’ll fit next to Turner for the future, a guy like Faried, Vonleh or T.Jones all still have potential and would fit nicely. Paul George is going to struggle for the rest of the season and should be better next so I say the more time our young guys the better as in 2-3 years Indiana could compete if Turner develops and they have the right pieces around him and PG.

     Lakers:

Play Russell, Clarkson, randle and Nance jr as much as possible.

Put hibbert, bass, Nick young and maybe Lou Williams on the market but don’t make any deals unless they will bring back meaningful assets that will help them long-term.

Don’t overplay Kobe. Let him go out standing.

Make a coaching change after the season. I personally think they should look at Luke walton.

    Good luck in the lottery.

To not resort back to the same two big lineup of nene and gortat that they ran last year as that is just not going to work. So a trade to get Terrence Jones would work wonderully as he could beocme the floor spacer at the four and running mate in the open court that wall needs (not sure what we’d give up other than our disabled player exception from webster and to relieve houston of cap space but something could surely be done)

To let wall keep doing what he is doing and if beal is healthy he should become a 20+ point scorer consistently so that defenses cant just focus on j wall and that also opens the court up for guys like porter dudley and gortat.

also on a side note oubre jr is quitely progressing nicely and is playing good defense and hitting some threes (while missing tons of alley oops) which is all we ned from someone at the three spot

Be more competitive. The Heat need to get going to secure a playoff spot and with no draft picks this year (presumably) tanking it wouldn’t be an option. Perhaps build better chemistry in hopes to show Whiteside that next year they can contend again. They’ll have to do some work though. As a Heat fan, the off season has more interest to most of us. I would love to dump an aging Deng contract ($10m) to clear up space, especially if we can acquire a draft pick of any sorts for him. Birdman and Haslem could be retiring and that would clear up another $7m, or resign for less. Anyway, I would love to see Pat Riley work his magic, but as far as the rest of the season goes… focus on a playoff spot.

Trade Greg Monroe and hopefully OJ Mayo

Look for floor spacers and a rim protector in the offseason, if they don’t believe Henson is starting worthy

Give MCW rest of season to prove himself

Dont draft for need, draft BPA in draft. Figure out the rest later.

Give Hezonja and Gordon more PT. Trade Harris Oladipo or Fournier to make a little room and get a solid defensive 4 or 5 and maybe another pick. Try to weed Frye out of the starting lineup maybe try to trade him if we can get any value. As nice as it would be to make the playoffs it is obvious they are starting to fall of and im not sure they are good enough yet to turn the season back around. Time to give the young guys a chance to prove themselves and maybe get a little trade value for one of the 3 i mentioned before. At this point i think fournier would give us the best return without changing our team as much but if we can get good value for oladipo i would consider that too. I feel like he can still grow into the player we all expected with all star potential. Harris may be harder to get good value for.

I’d like to see the Pacers:

    – Play less small ball and more w/ two bigs. CJ Miles has been too inconsistent, plus their rebounding and defense suffers when they play small.

    – Put Miles on the trading block. Like I wrote above… He’s been too inconsistent and is an one dimensional player.

    – Continue to play/develop Myles Turner. He doesn’t necesarily have to start, but I’d like to see him play a consistent 20-25 mpg and be allowed to finish games when he has it going. By playing less small ball with Miles at the four, there should be more minutes available to split between Ian Mahinmi, Jordan Hill, Turner and Lavoy Allen. I’d like to see Vogel experiment and play Turner at the four with Mahinmi.

Get Favors back and keep him healthy

Keep playing Lyles like they have been.

    Keep Trevor Booker

    Don’t Trade Anyone

Practice a lot and develop their young players.

    Win.
