valentineBeasley recorded a triple-double in the game, finishing with 63 points, 19 rebounds and 13 assists. Sure, it was in an All-Star Game in China, but 63 points is still 63 points, and it set a new CBA record for the game.
Here are highlights from Beasley’s MVP peformance:
This is the second CBA All-Star Game MVP award Beasley has won. Last year, he won the award after scoring a then-record 59 points.

r377ParticipantI have seen better defence from my under 8’s teams that I coach.
60 pts of dunks and layups against “harden like defence”

phila9012ParticipantIf there was ever a player made for chinese all star games it is michael beasley. It is still surprising that this is how he ended up. He still has the talent to be in the NBA but he never seemed to be disciplined in improving his game, so this is what you wind up with, a star in chinese basketball.

JordanC20ParticipantI’d still love to see Beasley get back to where he was at Kansas State in the NBA maybe after staying away for a while he’ll get his head straight.

WarblingSpamalopeParticipantSo Beasley and starbury can start a support group for players with natural talent that don’t want to work or listen to anyone?

TravelinTravParticipantHis head is straight he just doesn’t give a f#ck. He averaged 19/game for the wolves but Love took the starting spot and Beasley just gave up. He just doesn’t care and he won’t until he’s 40 and bankrupt. Too bad I liked him a lot in Minni.
