to me, this will be the finals matchup only if boston doesn’t grab davis, and if l.a can keep odom. L.A will be back in the finals for sure if they get odom back. If they fail to resign odom…i think the next threat is san antonio…and san antonio could push it to 7 games. Denver might not have enough after losing jones…they won’t be deep enough at the 2….and kobe would dominate once again anyway…

Hypothetical #1 L. A vs Orlando.

** I think if l.a can keep odom, they’ll win in 6 or 7..who knows…orlando looks great.. Orlando has a decent bench and l.a…besides odom…it looks pretty weak. Nelson will dominate fisher. Carter and pietrus may be able to wear kobe down a little…but it’s hard to make kobe play below average. Lewis and artest would be interesting…both SF truely and can post each other. Gasol will dominate bass….easily. If bynum is healthy…this matchup is going to be incredible.

Artest vs Pierce
Bryant vs Allen
Fisher vs Rondo

** Once again, if l.a keeps odom, this will be an extremely good rematch. Wallace and powe. L.A will be dominated by the bigs of boston if boston keeps davis. Rondo will easily dominate fisher. Bryant will walk on allen this time around. Artest will cause a lot of problems for pierce. If boston keeps davis…series in 6-7 again…boston’s favor.

I do not see san antonio making the finals, I don’t see cleveland making it either.

I think Orlando is going to win it all right now. Especially if they trade Gortat is get a good player in return.
I also think the Spurs will beat the Lakers.

boston may have the best chance..due to the fact that garnett will be back and healthy. keeping davis and the addition of wallace….that’s just pure dominance. they may need another sg/sf to ease the load off of allen and pierce.
