TRC1991ParticipantSucks a lot for Dawg fans. Both guys have literally un-tapped potential. But now we get to watch Loserenzo take another decently talented but young team to the NIT….aaaaagain….
Sucks to be a Husky fan right now. A lot.
We suck.
Good for them though, they have insanel f***** high ceilings. If you haven’t watched either of them play, you’re in for a treat. Chriss has a bad attitude and gets into it a lot with guys but he has to have about a 38-42" vert at nearly 6’10” and his jumper is WET. In 3 years he will be a monster. Just physically unready right now.
Murray is nasty. Has about 20 lbs to go til he’s ready, but he can handle the rock, make plays and hit clutch shots. Jumper is inconsistent but he has the length to be a real weapon in transition and can be a more fluid version of MCW

Taylor Gang MikeParticipantWow. Shocked because of Fultz coming in next year. But gotta strike when the iron is hot

OhCanada-ParticipantChriss has role player potential written all over him. I remember tuning into a Washington game early in the season to watch Murray and I was super impressed by Marqueese and thought who is this guy his game is nasty! He could very well end up being a mid 1st rounder.

holefillers1ParticipantDejounte Murray is my favorite player in the draft. I think he has a better career than Dunn, Hield and Jamal Murray. Super long, gets to the foul line, good handle. I like him more than Zach LaVine when he entered draft. I would take him at 4.

MopgrassParticipantDejounte is one of my favorites too. I still like Jamal Murray better, but I agree with the rest. My prediction is 1) Simmons 2) Ingram 3) Brown 4) J.Murray 5) D.Murray. To be clear, Dejounte is nowhere near ready, needs to rebuild his shot, and played street ball in college so he never really learned the half court offense. But he can get to the rack at will and the NBA’s spread floor will really open things up for him.
He wouldn’t be picked much higher in next year’s stacked class and he gets NBA coaches to teach him. Still, he could have learned a jumper in college, had a very successful team and be way more ready.

holefillers1ParticipantAbsolutely correct. I find that you and I agree on most platers. Jamal is one we don’t see eye to eye on but, that is what makes the draft so great.

ph90702This is a problem that college basketball team face. If a player is really good, then they’re leaving. If a player is really bad, then they’re leaving. It’s very difficult to find a good four year player.

usfballerParticipantBuddy Hield, Denzel Vallentine, Brice Johnson, Georges Niang, Perry Ellis, Malcolm Brogdon, Jarred Uthoff and the evergreen duo of Baker and Van Vleet strongly disagree

holefillers1ParticipantI get what he is saying though. Most three and four year guys take a huge step in their junior or senior year. Hield, Brice Johnson both got good this year. Vallentine and maybe Brogdon are good exampkes. Rest of thise guys wont play in NBA
