I like him. Think he had the 2nd best summer league out of all the undrafted free agents, I thought he would of got a spot in the NBA, guess not. But I think a lot of teams were scared of him moreso the way he left school as opposed to how he plays the game.

I’m not sure it would be easy for him to be a role player in the NBA. He was a ball hog at UVA so he’d really have to learn how to play defense and pass. Should be good for him though overseas. He’s got a lot of scoring talent. Maybe we will see him one day in the NBA although I doubt it. He just had too many questions about NBA fit before even considering the big character issues and red flags.

    He’s only 20 if I’m correct.

I think he could have a couple good seasons and could come back at like 23, 24. He someone who the Spurs could look at down the road IMO

My little brother used to play at Holy Cross with him, so ive been watching his since forever. He’s a good athlete not great but good and an inch too short to be an NBA 2 guard. He put up big number so everyone in his circle got excite even though they had no clue what really make an NBA prospect. Its rarly about stat that the NBA looks for. Its about athletic ability first. Follow that with trademark skills, size next, and the potential you can imporve in any of those catagories. He dropped 20 a game for a bad ACC team, so he and his circle thought that stat was good enough. A little reality check came this summer. I know how he is and i know he will use this wake up call to improve on his shortcoming. thats just how he is. And it’s never bad whenyou get to travel around the world in learn new cultures while making a living playing basketball.
