One of my favorite players in this year’s draft:

I think there’s a chance he becomes the best player in this year’s draft in 5 years. It’s not likely, but possible to me.

I fell in love with his game when I saw him play twice in the NCAA tourney.  His story is phenomenal as well.  I am a big fan of him.

star player…….. Dunn would have been the 8th PG taken in the 2015 Draft……. he is 23 years old, can Not shoot a lick & has had not One but TWO Major shoulder injuries to right right (shooting) shoulder which means his shot is broken forever……..

    I LUV his defense…… I LUV his maturity…… I LUV his leadership….. I LUV his athleticism……… I think he’s going to be a solid PG & a fantastic team leader ofr whoever picks him for a Decade……. but he can’t be your 1st, 2nd or even 3rd scoring option……..

& for anyone who doubts the 2015 Draft staement – here is a list of the PG’s taken: D’Angelo Russell #2 (Lakers); Emmanuel Mudiay #7 (Nuggets);Cameron Payne #14 (Thunder); Rozier #16 (Celtics); Jerian Grant #19 (Knicks); Delon Wright #20 (Raptors); Tyus Jones #24 (T-Wolves)…….

Dunn would have been picked After all of those players……… now I’m not knocking Dunn – he has made Enourmous strides this year……. If 2015 was re-drafted I would probably take Dunn as the 2nd pg after Mudiay………. but he’s got limitations & when you conisider that the 2017 NBA Draft is going to be Loaded w/ prob Five PG’s in the Top 10……. That’s where I would target if I was a GM……..

Dude  I was salivating you come at you after reading this post, let me correct you on at least  90% of it.

    1st dunn is 22.

2nd I will say dunn is sporadic from the perimeter with his shot , but dude has improved every year and he shot 37% from 3  distance this year.

3rd I never heard last year he would have been drafted after all those guys if he came out last year? I mean tyus Jones was drafted at the end of the 1st, how would dunn sneak in being him if he was a granted 1st rounder.

4 dunn is big, 6’4 220 as big as and bigger than  a lot of 2 guards, and who can stop him from getting to the paint especially if he gets on a hot streak from 3?

5 so because 2017 is full of points with high potential, you pass on dunn? Plenty of seniors have been good in the nba or great, also why not pick dunn for your starter, the fact that he is older i feel will help out some young team as far as leadership& maturity go, versus having the majority of your roster as guys who came in as freshmen and still might just be turning 21.

Yo handle is nba junkie, we’ll atleast mine stands for the truth, stop basketball nonsense.

I agree with everthing you said. Being a resident of Providence, RI for nearly my entire life I have grown used to watching a lot of TV in order to see the best players in college basketball, so I can’t tell you how exciting it was to witness the basketball talent that is Kris Dunn over these past two seasons.

His shot is most definitely coming along. He looks much more comfortable and fluid pulling up off the dribble both from midrange and distance. I could definitely see him being the second or third best player on a championship caliber team.

Last point I want to make, is that I always hear that he had two devastating shoulder injuries, which is a legit concern for fans, but I don’t hear enough about awesome it is that he came back from those two injuries to become the best point guard in college basketball. To me, that says a lot. It speaks to his will and determination, his belief in himself, and a love for the game. That’s a huge checkmark in my book.
