    “Kobe Bryant’s father, Joe ‘Jellybean’ Bryant, is applying for the vacant head-coaching job for the University of Hawaii men’s basketball team, according to KHON-TV. Joe Bryant, one-time head coach of the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks, said he intends to turn in his application Friday. If he got the job coaching the Rainbow Warriors, that’d make for some added fun if the Lakers ever make it back to Honolulu — Jerry Buss’ paradise — for training camp.”
