    Sounds like a washed up guitarist who can’t get a gig anymore. This is his absurd attempt to get back in the public eye and/or make some money. 

    First off, knowing a large ammount of people in the European heavy metal industry I’ve never even heard of him. I had to look him up, he was a past member of KMFDM(Kein Mehrheit Für Die Mitleid) which is a German electro-industrial band. Their music is pretty bad and doesn’t even consist of much actual guitaring, as most of their music is produced electronically.

    He doesn’t even legitly have a chance of winning this case, the nickname was given to KD by fans, not himself nor Nike.
