MattHoopsParticipantCan he be a contributer in the NBA? Is he a SF or SG? What can he offer a team in the NBA? Is he a poor man’s MKG?

ChrisCrossParticipantI see him more as a SF, not quick enough to be a SG, he’s actually fairly big and strong, good rebounder, could play PF in a small up-tempo lineup. I think he can be a good bench player. Be a good pickup for OKC, who need bench help.

GoJOSH HUESTISParticipantCan play SG or SF did a very good job guarding both positions, should be a good 6th man or eventual starter. Does a lot of things well

Chilbert arenasParticipantI believe he’ll be the steal of the draft in the early 2nd round. I also wouldn’t be shocked if he got taken late first round. Great glue guy who measured well at combine and shot well during UKs run.

Memphis MadnessParticipantSounds about right. Not sure if he is 6th man material but could be a solid guy in a deep rotation. I agree with ChrisCross on OKC being a solid fit for him. Might be a reach though in late first round. I think they should try to trade their late first round pick for Portland’s 40th and 41st picks. If they can do that then I like Darius Miller as a glue guy/defender/shooter off the bench with one of those picks.
The Grizzlies could also use him if they could get a second round pick. He would be a backup small forward to Rudy and then another shooting option. Good role player type who should fit our system. But he would be a reach at 25.
The Miami Heat have a lot of options at the 3 now, but if Mike Miller hangs it up then Darius Miller wouldn’t be a bad option, again if they could get into the second round. He could give them what James Jones does but with better defense. Then they could go after another big/center. What if they traded their first rounder (and maybe a future second rounder) to Portland for the 40st and 41st pick. Then they could get Darius Miller (possibly a better value than Jeff Taylor) and a big man like Miles Plumlee. They have a lot of money invested in the Big Three along with Shane Battier making some money so they need some cheap, young players.

ChriJollParticipantHe’s definitely a small forward. He isn’t fast enough to guard opposing 2’s. I watched a lot of him at Kentucky. He has a very good game if he lands on the right team to get it out of him. He absolutely took over in the 2011 SEC tournament outplaying everyone in that tourney. He is good at accepting his role and contributing where asked (see 2012 season). With that said he almost became too passive at times but when he is on, he definitely has the right to be in the first round conversation. He’ll most likely go in the early second, and I could see him being a fringe starter at best while most likely being a serviceable sixth man for a playoff team or an excellent role player for a championship team.

Codyb1701ParticipantHe is alot like Shane Battier or Grant Hill is now. He can play a little at SG, and PF but should be mainly at SF. He can really shoot though and took a back seat the the better players and is very good at posting up from the 2 or 3.
