StramsterParticipantFirst off, I’d like to say I’m excited to make an account on this site, as I’ve been an avid user for awhile and never made an account. On the other hand, I’d like to hear some comparisons for Jordan Crawford from Xavier. I really think he could be Jamal Crawford combo-guard type without the tremendous ball-handling skills Jamal has. Opinions?

HandDownManDown13ParticipantI think its kinda hard to compare Jordan to Jamaal without handles. The reason is because Jamaal Crawford’s ballhandling skills are such a huge part of his game. That being said he is very similar in other aspects of his (Jordan’s) game. He’s got great range on his jumper. He’s also put together like Jamaal. I think Jordan might be a little more springy than Jamaal though

StramsterParticipantI see what you’re saying. But they’re both long and built the same way and can shoot the heck out of the ball. I still like the comparison though. Do you have a better one?

StramsterParticipantI think at this point Jordan has a little bit better handle than Jodie does. Jodie’s more of a pure shooter/scorer while Jordan can do more than just score and shoot.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantdo you guys think he had the same type of performance that Steph Curry did a couple years ago in the tournament?

StramsterParticipantI think he did, he just didn’t make it to the Elite Eight like Curry did. I was rooting for them yesterday but they didn’t have enough magic in them.

Charlie SheenParticipantIn my eyez he can be either JR Smith because he has no concious and can score in bunches and it looks like the game comes easy……….but he can also be like Jamal if he can develop some off the dribbles moves and hopefully play some point……..eventually he will mature he is a third year sophomore so he knows what he can do if he can add the ball handling, court vision and pg skills he’s Jamal if not he’s JR ……….but he may become a mixture of both if givin the right opportunity
