    Allen Iverson’s flight touched down in Istanbul a bit after 9am local time this morning and if there’s any doubt as to whether Beşiktaş fans are 1000% behind their prospective on-court stud, A.I. certainly couldn’t see any.

    Decked out in Philadelphia Phillies cap and Beşiktaş Cola Turka white-and-black, Iverson immediately endeared himself to the throng of fans waiting inside and outside the airport to catch a glimpse. As a rugby scrum of security types and media guided the smiling American, Mr. Answer was lustily regaled with fight songs and vocal enthusiasm from supporters.

    The media hype was the same way when he signed with Memphis..He was all smiles talking about how he wanted to win..While at the same time he’s thinking to himself..Man, How the F did i end up in this hell hole?

    After i heard he missed his flight tto Turkey the other day..I knew things were about to be recycled..

    I give him until January before he wants out…

    i wish ai could swallow his pride and accept a role he could still b a great 6th man in the league or even a starter on a good team imagine him runnin the pg for the heat but his ego and pride wont allow it
