    Andrei Kirilenko has been dominating for CSKA Moscow this fall, but will undoubtedly miss time after slamming his head on the court during a Russian league game on Saturday. Andrei Kirilenko took a nasty fall, breaking his nose and suffering a concussion, according to SportsRU.com. AK47 is undergoing further medical testing.

     This guy better be careful. I heard he’s been driving the lane like he’s a bowling ball trying to knock over pins. If he suffers a serious injury, that’s going to ruin his next contract because he’s a FA.

    I agree he’s got to be careful, hope he makes a speedy recovery.  But I have to point out that one of the most dangerous results of the lockout comes into play with your last statement.  Players like AK-47 may never come back to the NBA.  Think about it, he’s like a rockstar in Russia and he’s had fits with confidence, desire, etc. playing in Utah.  That huge contract he got was plenty of wealth, and I’m sure he knows he’ll never get anything close to that again in the NBA.  It’s really a downer, but I feel strongly that there are some talented players that won’t ever come back to the NBA after this, and finish off their careers in foreign leagues…sad
