I am not trolling, I am being dead serious check this out

While on Sixers Per 36: 17.6ppg/4.4apg/3/4rpg/0.9spg/2.5tpg

Those per 36s are impressive exept for the turnovers but he is young and can learn/adjust. His 3 point percentage was great (.364%) same with his free throw (.846%) his fg percentage was low though (.377) but he still has time to develop and learn.

I don’t see it happening personally unless he can turn into a Derek Fisher type.

He’s a small scoring guard. Good teams almost never start players like him, he’s best used as an instant-offence guy off the bench. If he can improve, he’ll be a very good one.

he can, once day produce stats on a decent team that i do agree with. dont think itll be as a starter though, the sixers actually played worse with him starting versus him comming of the bench and them starting Ish Smith who i believe still doesnt have a team right now.

he just gives up too much size on the defensive end and is solid but not outstanding on offense to off-set him being more than a spot up starter at best. can he improve to become one? most definitely, he’ll just have to work harder than most and be automatic on his shot and improve as a floor general since it doesnt seem to be his natural game.

i believe we’re looking at possibly another Troy Hudson type player here, hope he doesnt become as injury riddled though

Canaan is a Patty Mills type at best, he’s still not a knock down shooter and he doesn’t defend well at all

He has to get stronger, improve his defense and become a consistent outside threat in able to really be a rotation guy on a good team…

Canaan  is not a pg He is nothing more than a spot up shooter. He can’t see over defenders and the next time he runs P ‘n R will be the first time. If you follow the Sixers you know he will be buried on the bench behind Jordan McRae and a soon to be fully healthy Pierre "Action" Jackson.  But seriouly, when his shot isn’t falling he Might as well be mopping up sweat or ushering people to their seats.
