uknationParticipantThey just lost 100-47 to Stanford and play Rhode Island next (going to the game) so i was wondering are they really as bad as the score indicated?

ProudGrandpaParticipantFor a D-III type school against a team like Stanford, 100-47 isnt horrible. 31,800 undergrads, but its Canadian, and many D-II and -III schools would have fared similarly.

uknationParticipantSo its not gonna be much of a game with Rhode Islsnd? D2-D3 canadian schools aren’t equivalent to American D2-D3 schools??

ProudGrandpaParticipantThere are no divisions in Canada. This team is just in some conference and I am saying that they are the equivalent of a D-III team.

torontoraptors10ParticipantRyerson sucks.
Is Carelton is the best team in Canada, or is it UBC (University of British Columbia)? I don’t know but I have heard good things about them.

Cincinatti BowtiesParticipantI went to Ryerson. They aren’t even good for a Canadian school. All the best Canadian players go to college in America. So even the best Canadian University would probably lose to the worst D1 team. And Carleton is definitley the best basketball school in Canada.
