According to a Miami columnist and ESPN contributor, Chris Bosh will be traded to Miami in a sign and trade deal including Michael Beasley, Mario Chalmers, Joel Anthony, along with a trade exception and possibly draft picks.

There have been a lot of rumors, so you don’t know what to believe at this point, BUT… I also heard on NBATV that Chris Bosh was reportedly house shopping in Miami.

    Thoughts?

LeBron was houseshopping in NY…ls that a sign?

I think Bosh ends up in Miami but If I’m Toronto, I want all that plus 2 1st rounders. You want my superstar? Make it worth it.

Ha…I heard LeBron was house shopping in Highland Park, suburb of Chicago.

I am done with rumors….I shall just wait now.

Athletes have multiple houses in different places. This has nothing to do with it. I’m sure LeBron has a beach house in Miami and maybe a cabin in Minnesota. That doesn’t mean anything.

Bosh to Miami has been done for quite some time. Handshake deal with DWade and Riles.
Its as much of a guarantee as Lebron not going to the Knicks is

Eh, I dunno. The Knicks could still pull this out. Let’s wait and see.

If we also get two 1st Round Picks than its not as bad as it couldve been. The trade work well in the Raptors Roster Scheme. If we somehow get rid of Turkoglu and aqcuire some pîeces from Orlando, and make good offers to Randy Foye and Salim Stoudimire to ad scoring punch from the bench and depth Toronto can prove to be one of the most exciting, young and athletic teams in the NBA. Wins….who cares about wins did you see that dunk?MLE style! But seriously they can really be explosive and will only get better with time.

    10,11 Roster
    PG-Jack,Foye Chalmers,
    SG-Derozan, Weems,Stoudemire
    SF-Pietrus,Wright
    PF-Beasley,Davis,Evans
    C-Bargnani,Gortat,Alabi

The way I see this team successful is that all the players will push eachother attempting to assume NBA Starts and NBA Minutes.Ed Davis and Micheal Beasley will battle for the majority of minutes at 4 with Bargnani and Gortat in the mix as well. Beasley be more of an offensive burst and Davis a defensive force.Than Gortat will be used for size and Bargnani will be out as the #1 option the majority of the game.Foye is a very good player and can play the 2 for small ball, or the 1 for tradition style.Foye can light up the scoreboard.Chalmers can also play 2 but is more of a defensive player. Once again they have both sides covered, offense and defense as well as size and depth. This team could annoy some less athletic or more seasoned veterens (like how Rose always destroys Nash).

Good picture going forward and good recovery by BC if this happens.BUT WE NEED THOSE PICS.

I don’t think Orlando is going to take on Hedos contract. So Gortat and Pietrus for Hedo doesn’t seem too plausible. I shudder to think that your big off season target is Randy Foye, yikes!

The Knicks aren’t officially elliminated from the LeBron sweepstakes yet, BUT… It’s not looking good.

Like my man that works at Champps Restaurant would say, “They’re dipped in batter and just about fried!”

I don’t think the Knicks will get LeBron or Chris Bosh. My prediction is that they will sign Amare Stoudemire and Joe Johnson to max contracts. I think they will come because they want to play with Mike D’Antoni again and they want to be in the NY spotlight. I think NY will overpay for them because IMO, those two don’t deserve MAX contracts.

Otis Smith (Magic GM) actually confirmed that he had talks with BC about getting back Hedo Turkoglu and I am pretty sure there would be interest given how the Magic ended the season. The Magic certainly missed Turkoglu “play-making” ability that helped them won against the KG-less Celtics. Turk is actually a better fit for the Magic than Wince Harder as Wince Harder is an iso player while Turk can create plays for himself and others.

BC also mentioned a few times that there is a market for Turkoglu as he is not as toxic as most people made it out to be (mostly by the Raptors fans). On the other hand, BC is having a hard time getting rid of Jose Calderon.

There was an idea to trade Jose Calderon to New York for Eddy Cheeseburger. This may be an option for the Knicks as Calderon’s contract is 9mil this year and Cheeseburger is at 11mil. This would save 2 mil for the Knicks to go after FAs.

If LeBron’s ego kicks in, he’ll figure out that if he plays with Wade every championship they win, Wade will still have 1 more.
