With a playful nod to Amar’e Stoudemire’s left hand injury, former Indiana Pacers’ forward Austin Croshere tweeted out the amazing image above last night: “The Pacers training staff is taking injury prevention to a whole new level!”

    That’s funny.   Mean, but funny.

Can’t believe no one has made a "Wow, the first time in his basketball career that Amar’e Stoudemire attacks the glass and he damn near slices his hand off" joke yet.

I’m not surprised at this lol. There was a little going back and forth earlier in the season between the Knicks and Pacers after Danny Granger made a comment that playing the Knicks twice in a row were winnable games. Amare Stoudemire had something to say in return and then the Knicks spanked the Pacers two games in a row and talked trash afterwards.

This could be in response to that… A jab at Stoudemire.

I really like this joke, its very possible for these two teams to be perenial playoff teams in which case they will probably meet in the playoffs and I see this as a move to get into the Knicks head a little bit. Also this year has kinda reignitied the rivalry between these two teams which is great to see, I love good rivalries. This is def a jab at Amare but an innocent one at that.

Might be too subtle for them city-slicker types.
