    He was just being classy, I think James would win because James could guard Kobe more easily than Kobe can guard James

    How the hell does the strongest player always win ? Kobe can play better better man to man defense, and has been able to guard lebron in games this year. Lebron is the best help defender in the league, man to man i have different thoughts. On a open court like that and its just kobe’s ball he will terrorize lebron .

    would just back kobe down. Lebron has more to prove than kobe does so I would say Lebron would win.

    Lebron barely backs people down in any game. Kobe’s actually got a much better post game then Lebron. What makes Lebron great and the mvp of this league is the rebounding, passing, help defense. If we’re talking straight up one on one, Kobe is in a league of his own right now. Name one offensive thing LeBron can do better then Kobe other then “he’s bigger”?

    Both players are great defenders and could lock down eachother preventing a drive to the hoop. I wouldn’t expect to see any layups during this game unless Lebron can get enough space to start his sprint, then he has speed to beat Kobe. However, I doubt Kobe let’s this happen so the game will come down to pull up jump shots. In that aspect of the game Kobe will dominate Lebron. Nothing from Lebrons jumper but Kobe has the best. Therefore I predict kobe wins.
