RUDEBOY_ParticipantThe 76’ers should go for the best available..I Know Philly fans would love it if Anthony Bennett or Otto Porter dropped to them at number 11……….
They should use 1 of their two 2nd round picks on a center in case Bynum isnt healthy or decides to leave…..
And Collins has always had an abundance of quality shooters on his rosters…Guys like Hardaway jr.,Robert Covington, Alex Abrines, Allen Crabbe and Scott Wood might be there for them in the 2nd round……Scott Wood of North Carolina State might be a sleeper…..

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantThe Sixers need to draft Shabazz to play Sg, pair him with Holiday in the backcourt and pray he becomes the player we all expected him to be

Taylor Gang MikeParticipantWe need a big. I would love Plumlee, Bennett or Len. But Zeller would be great for us if we wanna trade up

Mr. 19134ParticipantIdealistically the Sixers need a guy like B-Mac who can defend, and shoot the 3, while playing off ball to Holiday and Turner’s ball dominance.
I’m actually rooting for them to get Cauley Stein. The Sixers need a shot blocking big man.

BasketballJunkie224Participanti think that whoever the sixers get isnt really gonna make that much of a difference anyway. i mean they are still gonna suck for the next 2 years or so. i would try to get someone better than mcdermott tho

Mr. 19134ParticipantHow do you figure? As a Sixers fan, I can vouch for ever Sixers fan in the world by saying we wish that they would suck for the next 2 years given us a chance at Parker or Wiggins, or heck even Harrison and Vonleh. But the Sixers biggest problem is that Collins, Holiday, Turner, and Young are good enough to ensure they won’t be one of the worse teams in the league. Even if they don’t get anybody Collins and the trio of Holiday, Turner, and Young are enough to ensure they’ll atleast be fighting for a playoff spot even if they don’t make it.

Sewok15ParticipantThe Sixers need a lot. They have a quality PG and PF. They should draft the best player available that isn’t a PG or PF. I would love to see Porter fall to them but I doubt that will happen. I would also like Len since he is a center who can score inside. He also will likely be gone so I will go with the potential and shotblocking of Cauley-Stein. He will be a project but this team is far away from being a contender anyway. I would really love for them to somehow hit the lotto and move up to the top 3 so they can get McLemore or Porter.

Mr. 19134ParticipantI honestly don’t think the Sixers need alot. This was just an absurd year, remember we needed 3 point shooters, and big men, so we traded everybody to bring in a slew of 3 point shooters and big men in the offseason, yet here I am watching the game against the Hawks realizing we still don’t have any shooters are big men….What happen? They obviously got the wrong people.
The Sixers are in a great position by being able to build around Holiday, Turner, and Thad, because they’re all so young and versatile. Turner is finally being able to run the PG more as I’ve been saying since we drafting him, and he’s putting up around 16ppg and 6apg since splitting PG duties with Holiday which are solid numbers.
If the Sixers can just get some shotblocking and outside shooting they’re gonna be a dangerous team again. Porter is a nice player, but right now I got him going 1st, yes I think if the season ended today Otto Porter is the 1st Pick.
I’d even gamble on a player like Steve Adams if he leaves early, that guy has got the height, athleticism, and build to rebound and blot shots right now in the league.

druneave3ParticipantCalling it now, DPOY for McDermott guarding James Harden, Dion Waiters, Klay Thompson, chasing NBA two-guards throughout multiple screens and staying in front of them on the perimeter. Great defensive quickness and ability between your SG, SF, PF with McDermott, Turner, Hawes. Bynum won’t be there either. Heard some crazy things on here but Doug McDermott playing shooting guard….
