If The Big 3 split up is Miami forced to refund season ticket holders?

Reports stated Lebron wanted some support in Miami in order to return. Wade apparently will accept $12-mil per year while Bosh wants the max. Bron wants the max as well and 10-mil was just committed to the former Pacers that Indiana didnt want Danny Granger and Josh Mcroberts. Seriously Pat Riley thats your recruiting pitch?
Miami does not look like they are in good shape. If they fail to bring in Bosh who wants to win just as bad as anyone else in the league including Lebron are they forced to refund pre purchased season ticket holders?

Hhahaha not a chance in hell. Bulls forced season ticket holders to sign up for contracts that lasted past MJs playing days in Chicago in order to get seats for his last few seasons, no way Heat would do this, should they though?

Hhahaha not a chance in hell. Bulls forced season ticket holders to sign up for contracts that lasted past MJs playing days in Chicago in order to get seats for his last few seasons, no way Heat would do this, should they though?

Isn’t their draft pick going to Cleveland next year? Is that thing protected?
Are they going to dig up Rony Seikaly and Grant Long?
I am sure that Heat season ticket holders will just commute to wherever LeBron is playing. Or, they are checking for price quotes on Miami to San Antonio (non-stop).
