If Nets lose out of Melo could they get D-Will?

If the Nets lose out on Carmelo Anthony could they pursue Deron Williams as plan B? Here is the deal that I think would be great for both teams:
Utah Jazz trade:
Andrei Kirilenko and Deron Williams
New Jersey Nets trade:
Troy Murphy, Devin Harris, Derrick Favors, Anthony Morrow, and 2-3 first round picks
Works for both teams and salary wise…

… Not huge on favors but harris is solid and morrow maybe on of the leagues top shooters. And I really just want a bunch of 2012 picks cause that draft is going to be insane.

What’s the point of swapping AK and Murphy? Both are expiring contracts.

And whats worse is that Murphy is not a good a player as AK is. Even with out AK’s humongous contract he can still play the game well. Murphy once his contract is gone will just be backing up Millsap which decreases his value even more. At least AK can still start once his contract is up. An expiring contract is not everything, the player with the contract needs to also be good.

I doubt Williams leaves Utah for NJ. That may defeat the whole purpose.
