i would fire donn nelson(lets be honest your not gonna win a championship with that kind of style.)
plus he seems to have to have a problem playing rookies.
second i would hire a discpline coach say a avery johnson type
then i would trade all those guards(jackson, azbukie, maggette,)
i would take ellis off the one and play him at the two where he should be.
bring in a real point guard to set things up like miller or sessions.
bring curry off the bench to give us a spark off the bench.
start randolph at the 3 and let him be the main part of my offense plus the star.
trade b.wright hes too weak to play the four. plus i would want him to have chance to play someone else.
    bring in some good backups.

The team is left with Curry, Morrow, Randolph, Ellis, Biedrins, Turiaf, and backups?

I’d let Monta run the point, he plays defense as well. My lineup would be:

    Monta Ellis
Stephen Jackson (can do it all, I swear he drops dimes. Just horrible shot selection)
Corey Maggette (underated, plays solid defense)
    Anthony Randolph
Andris Biedrins (one of the most underated in the league)

    Bench:
Steph Curry (don’t think he’ll be great in the NBA, hope he does but I doubt it)
    Anthony Morrow
Turiaf (tough, energy and plays defense)
Brendan Wright (is he a bust?)
Kelenna Azuibuke (A Michael Pietris type player)

Maggette is probably the only guy they would like to trade, but he has a bad long term contract, so it’s doubtful they get much back. Ellis, Jackson, Biedrins, and Randolph are the core players to build around. Curry will be given a chance, but way too early to anticipate anything great from him. I think the Warriors are doing fine the way they are, they are still young and developing young talent. Should compete for the playoffs this year.

With the warriors style of play, I think Randolph will be the pf since they like to run. SJackson is nothing too secial, but he defends, get’s others involved and is a locker room leader. Wright, Bellineli, and Azubuike are all replaceable, but they make up a decent bench. When you have a young team, sometimes showing patience is the best idea. Monta can play the point.

They should fire Nelson, they got a lot of young talent, and its gettin wasted by this system.

    Monta
    Stephen Jackson
    Anthony Randolph
Branden Wright (Because Randolph should play the three cuz hes a huge matchup problem there and its his real position)
    Andris Biedrins

    Steph Curry
    Maggette
    Azubuike
    Marco Belleneli
    Turiaf
    Morrow

Rotate in the bench and play the hot hands, cuz all those guys can play no question, but they got to fill that hole at the 4 by trade

I would trade B Wright and Bellinali for some depth and draft picks. They have a lot of potential but will not get any playing time. GSW needs a C/F who can run the floor. Actually any solid big man will do. I like their line up even Maggette is getting paid to much to come off the bench but where would they send him now. Now one has money just yet and will not make a move until after 2010 free agency.
