Brace94ParticipantT-Wolves Receive: 76ers 2nd Pick, and Warriors 6th Pick
Warriors Receive: Ramon Sessions, Corey Brewer, Spencer Hawes, and Timberwolves 4th Pick
76ers Receive: Al Jefferson, Monta Ellis, and Timberwolves 16rd Pick
The Wolves get Evan Turner and Wesley Johnson or Al-Farouq Aminu to solve their 2 and 3 problems, and then can get Sanders, Udoh, or Whiteside at 23rd pick.
The Warriors get a potential starting PG if Ellis leaves and then Curry can take the 2. And a potential starting SF and C. And then they can get Wesley Johnson or Al-Farouq Aminu with the 4th pick.
The 76ers will get a post in Jefferson, and Ellis to replace Igoudala when/if they trade him. And then they can get Whiteside or Aldrich perhaps at 16.
Sorry about before.

kanebangerParticipanti think corey brewer might play good with the warriors just cuz hes a transition athlete to me and not a defender and steph curry is a better pg than johnny flynn and will set him up better.i still think the wolves come out on top though. the 76ers might want more too

Lil B to GSWParticipantthis is a good trade for everyone.
76ers get a sg, and a big guy (although big al is overrated) along with a decent pick.
Warriors get a better pick and some solid backups. (and get rid of monta’s big contract)
Twolves get some picks wich go along good with their rebuliding stage.0 - Posted on: Sun, 06/20/2010 - 10:50am #336072

bkb77ParticipantThis is a better trade. As a sixers fan i still want turner, but i would be fine if we ended up with monta ellis & Big AL

Charlie SheenParticipantThis trade is kind of wierd I mean its good and each team receives good talent but for Philly look at the depth chart
C- Jefferson/Whiteside/Hawes
F- Brand/Speights
F- Igoudala/Young
G- Ellis/Meeks
G- Holiday/WilliamsThat team would be put together well enough to contend if used the correct way. Maybe add another shooter and PG for insurance Philly would be top 5 in the East at least

morestealsthanscoresParticipantyou’re tripping
no way does minnesota do this trade! get rid of valuable role players and their best player by far for an extra draft pick?!?
and philly end up with ellis, jefferson, and still end up with a pick.
you MUST be a philly fan.

Manny_3187ParticipantFor everyone saying Al Jefferson is overrated…..can you please explain why you think this? Big Al had a down year last season coming off a torn acl injury but this guy is a 20/10 guy night in and night out. How in the world is that overrated?

nateoak10ParticipantHELL FN NO

Dubs30ParticipantIn a nutshell, he’s slow, inefficient, lazy on defense, and has stone hands. He does nothing to help a team win- he’s just a stat sheet filler (think Zach Randolph). Putting up 20 ppg means nothing if you take 22 shots per 48 minutes. Many of his shots are either ill-advised or out of his range.

Dubs30ParticipantIt seems pretty stupid for the Warriors to trade their leading scorer, AND their pick for a pick that they should have gotten anyways.

Brace94ParticipantI’m a T-Wolves fan dude, and Dubs30, they’ve wanted to trade Ellis for a long time and they’re moving up two spots in the draft. And i agree with Manny_3187, Jefferson did come off an ACL injury, and the reason Jefferson takes around 20 shots a game is he has no one else on the team that can score. And for HD_The_Kid, the T-Wolves would easily do that. They may be losing three solid players, but one of them(Sessions)doesnt even want to be in MN, and Jefferson and Brewer are easily replaceable. Gaining two potential All-Stars and another solid pick for three solid players is fine with me and the T-Wolves staff. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

loccenupParticipantIf Jefferson took max money then I would say he was a little overrated but he didn’t, he took secondary money and still is a 20/10
if he take 22 shots to get his twenty then what about Kobe take 30 plus shots to get his 24. I’d take Jefferson with a lower than max deal over a max guy all day. Im not saying he’s better than Boozer or Amare but look at the money and then look at the stats. On this trade, to much happening for the wolves to get two picks.

xbadgerhustlerParticipant76ers are taking on like 25 million and not giving anything up. that’s not possible lol. only team of those 3 that can take on significantly more cap than they give up would be the wolves (i think)

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantNo more 6’3 ball hogs and injured big men…
Give me Marcus Camby and Rudy Fernadez for Andre Iguadola and Jason Smith…or
Chris Kaman and Rasual Butler for Andre Iguadola and Jason Smith…
or
JR Smith, Chris Anderson and Kenyon Martin for Andre Iguadola,Lou Williams and Francisco Elson

Mr. 19134Participanti actually like this trade and it does make sense for everyone, somebody or something would have to be thrown in to sweeten it for the warriors tho but it makes sense from a talent standpoint. i love turner and cousins but i would trade the second pick in a heartbeart to get two players who arent even 26 yet that average over 20 points a game. and holiday and ellis would actually make a very effective backcourt. good recovery.

The Scare Crow ReturnsParticipantGive me Turner or give me death…Trade Iggy and Lou Will for a Center and Shooter…Camby and Rudy?
