Does this mean that Evans will come back and play the small forward role.  He has the size strength and athleticism to defend the position and that would give Sacramento, a solid starting 5.

If they can keep Dalembert and possibly strengten their bench, next year could be interesting for them.

Especially with the draft. I am not a fan of putting Evans at PG to be honest, but I have read that they love having him run PG to create matchup problems. If that happens, then they would have Marcus Thorton at the 2 and would be in a position to draft a wing like Harrison Barnes or Perry Jones

I’m suprirsed that Casspi hasn’t done much though. I thought he would be a poor mans Gallo this season. Donte Greene took a step back and he looks like he needs a change of scenary now.

The kings should draft harrison barnes, he’s a good spot up shooter and thats what the kings need at the 3 spot, because there small forward wont get alot of touches due to playin with evans and cousins, so barnes would be perfect spotting up off of the double teams evans and cousins draw.

and somehow still finds the urge to shoot threes all the time, his defense is subpar as well.  Thompson and Garcia maybe as well, since thompson is too inconsistent and garcia is much too injury prone.  Casspi is a solid contributor, he just shouldn’t be a starter in this league.  when westphal gets smart enough and realizes evans is more of a SF and not a PG then maybe the starting lineup will find more balance/chemistry.  they need to focus on filling that point guard position more than anything.
