Papa Niko Laou. So foreign! He’s a 24 year-old, six-foot-nine small forward. He’s really overpaid, though. he was the 48th pick in the 2012 NBA draft but is being paid more than like 20 people taken ahead of him. Damn.

In fact, only Anthony Davis and Kidd-Gilchrist will be making more out of all 2012 draftees.

So Houston didn’t think Chandler Parson was worth 15 million, so instead they spend 9 million for Ariza and 5 million for some Greek guy? Who seriously had a worse offseason than Houston? Tempted to say Miami, but at least they could sign Bosh. Indiana didn’t do well either I guess.

I forgot that the Lakers now won’t be able to sign Love next year.

Maybe they should just call it quits and give Minnesota it’s name back. After all, how many lakes are in California?

Seems to have a great outside shot, that is what Houston’s offense needs.  Players go to Howard and Harden, K-Papa can hit the open shot.

Obviously would be a lot better for Houston if he was Parson’s backup.  But at least the Rockets get some shooting off the bench.

If you’ve seen Kostas play, he’s on the same level as Parsons talent wise so I think 5 million a year is a solid deal for Houston. On the other hand, I don’t think Ariza for 9 million was worth it now that they finally struck a deal with Kostas. While Houston may have a downgraded a bit by losing Parsons, they added more depth by doing this two for one swing.
