TomShoeParticipantI know this is really premature…but this game is just about over now.
This was one of the most fun and exciting series I’ve seen ever since I’ve started watching basketball. It’s been all wild ride, but it’s all coming to an end now.
To MIA: Congrats, I hope you’re looking forward to all the Lebron/MIA hate being finally over.
To OKC: Good Job, you’ll be dominating the Western Conf. for the next few years.
To all the MIA haters: Don’t hate the player, hate the game.
Post Comments/Congrats/Hate below.

Meditated StatesParticipantC’s just need to get past them. If I was the Celtics I would make small changes and add youth. They are right there. Having Bradley and Wilcox might have gotten them over. Heat was the best team this year. Celtics were number 2. OKC got demolished. Thought they would fight better than that.

ChrisCrossParticipantthis was the best game I’ve seen Miami play. Complete team game, 6 guys in double figures, great ball movement, not give it to Lebron or Wade and iso.

ChrisCrossParticipantwith that said still don’t like them, still because of this http://www.youtube.com/watch
seriously what chumpstains for holding a parade acting like they won something, when they hadn’t played a single game. And then to act like it was a fact they would win multi titles, all they had to do was show up. "once the games start, it’s going to be easy" seriously dbag.
Call me a hater, but I have good reason, and no I just won’t forget about this, I won’t just excuse them for being arrogant tools holding a victory parade for doing nothing.
That said, they’re a great team. But I hope they never win another title.

Pacers_Fan33ParticipantI remember when i said heat in five and got negged like a mawfugga, but thats the internet for ya. It was good to see the supporting cast the heat have built over the past two years finally come together and go above and beyond the call. Big ups to players like Shane Battier and Mike Miller to which an NBA Championship is long overdue. And most importantly congrats to Lebron

MikezParticipantWell it looks like I won’t be watching/listening to anything sports (Other than the Indians) till the draft because espn, fox, cbs are all going to have stories on how does Cleveland feel? should Cleveland fans be angry? what should lebron feel about Cleveland?
They tell us to let it go but they keep making the stories.
I can’t wait for 7 years to pass where lebron with his 2-4 rings decides to retire and then I can finally read an article about the cavs doing something without a mention of him.
Edit: ESPN are also the nimrods who made the heat the villans by allowing the descision. So this week, man this is tough… This week I’m going to take my eyes to my DVR and watch all the episodes of burn notice I had stored for a rainy day.

ChrisCrossParticipantyea but Burn Notice is set in Miami.

MikezParticipantYeah, but it isn’t sports related, I dislike the heat not miami

buckeyefan17ParticipantPeople honestly are asking me if I watched the Heat get their rings…. I ask them if they watch their ex having sex with someone else.

BiggysmallsParticipantCongrats to the Heat. They did what they were put together to do. I hope that Lebron is sincere about the whole changing as a person and self reflection and its not just something that is convenient to say because they won. I’ve never been a Lebron fan, and I’ve kinda rooted against him even when in Cleveland, but its good to see a guy who is as purely talented and gifted mature and accept changes that need to be made. I hope that continues.
I am not a Heat fan and I hate the way their team has been put together. I can’t stand when people say Pat Riley is a good GM…if he were the GM of the Bucks, or the Wolves would people say the same thing? But thats neither here nor there.
I have alot of respect for Chris Bosh. He gets alot of hate, and he like Lebron did not handle his Free Agency and exit from Toronto well, but I give him major props for being able to blend in effectively and fill a role. He sacrificed more than anybody on that team and would still be looked at as a number 1 guy on 15 other teams.
Last thing…If Dwight Howard wouldve been healthy, and the Magic been playing against the Heat in the 2nd round without Bosh…who wouldve won? Just interested in seeing peoples opinions…it doesnt change anything, nor am I trying to demean what the Heat accomplished tonight of all nights, but I think the end result of any discussion will be that the difference between being the Champs and losing in the 2nd round is suprisingly slim.

lalailaParticipantLeBron needed it..itt was amazing watching him taking championship trophy for the first second and his face was like "aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh finallyyyyyy"..
now he and the heat overall won’t be under that presure and it could only make them even bigger contenders for upcoming championships.
CONGRATS!
