“At first glance he compares to Nicolas Batum and Thabo Sefolosha, two Europeans that play in the NBA. But Adetokoubo has superior physical talent. He has grown 3 inches in the last 10 months and once his lower body develops, his explosiveness will be scary.”

    ——————————————————

They are saying that his leg muscles have not caught up yet with his growth spurt, but that when they do, his athletic ability will be scary. This makes sense, because his older brother, Thanasis, is said to have a 43 to 44 inch vertical leap.

        He’s right.
None of those guys have a 70 inch vertical.
Which he could eventually have. Right?

Yeah I’m sure his brother really has a vert of 43-44 inches…

Thanasis’ vertical has been measured recently at 43-44 inches. Don’t know why you doubt it…he’s an athletic freak. Lob it anywhere near the rim and he dunks it.

He is regularly blocking shots a foot or more above the rim during games.

EuroBaller may be exaggerating, however the Adetokoubo bros are legit, the younger one will be a lotto pick this year.

Saying he will be a lottery pick before he goes to the Hoop Summit, assuming he can go, is a bit strong. I doubt a GM in the lottery is going to pick him based on what he’s done in the Second Division Greek League, which on tape looks largely comprised of 6’7 and under players. He’s not dominating that league either. If Saer Sene and Bismack can go in the lottery after impressive Hoop Summit performances (although Bismack also had Liga league numbers to bolster his cause), maybe Giannis can too. I’d be surprised though because that’s going to be a huge step up in competition, athleticism and length. It might be too much to ask him to adjust right away.

False. That is NOT second division in Greece. GET SERIOUS. Those are HIGH SCHOOL games in Greece.

Greek second division is totally different level. Please do not be ridiculous here.

Amir, this guy claims every Greek I ever heard of is to quote him a beast…. Even a broken clock is right 2x a day. . I honestly think he believes this guy better than any one in the draft….SMH at some who don’t see that all EB cares about is claiming NBA is racist

I see what you’re saying, but you have to understand that I’m not basing it off of the videos he puts up here, there are tons of other profiles and mixes of him now and he has skyrocketed up draft boards. Remember Biyombo, how he went from unknown, to a 2nd round with high upside, to a legit first rounder, to a lotto pick with the raw tools to be a defensive shot blocking force? The same will happen to the Adetokunbo bros, I predict the younger one will go to the Thunder with their Raptor pick, provided its not in the top 3. Them and the Celts were the first two teams rumored to have interest in them. And the forbidden site has Adetokunbo going at 27th to the Clips, so I’m going to go out on a limb and say he goes off at workouts and hoops summit and just blows teams away.

You think the Thunder will use that pick when they can get a young Center like Alex Len. If they go after him I think it will be with their own pick late in the 1st round if he isn’t picked up before then.

^^^ well if any one draft him in the lottery ,I think he isn’t gonna ask him to adjust right away,it will be that kind of picks that will be based on potential and what can the player do in few years not now
