Gary Forbes drops 78 in greater Hartford pro am beats Jeremy lambs team by 4. Forbes had 13 threes. Jeremy Lamb drops 63. YouTube has video can’t post the link now moving in the rain and I’m on my iPhone.

Every year during the late second round of the draft, there’s at least a couple of guys I start screaming at the tv for someone to select. In 2008, the main one was Gary Forbes. I thought he was a solid player who deserved a shot in the NBA.

nothing to do with forbes’ value as a quality teamate but that points out how low is the level in those "summer leagues" for nba pros…

*yawn* 78 is a lot of points, but NBA players are supposed to be crushing the competition when they’re playing against ordinary people in a SL with no defense.

He was playing against lamb, oriahki, incoming freshman deAndre Daniels and Ryan boatright. He was just lights out. But yes they ( NBA players) are suppose to kill it and he sure as hell did. It was a great shooting perforamance. But sl don’t play d and hes got NBA range. Impressive none the less
